Dr. Shane Malecha is passionate about fitness and dedicated to helping members unlock their full potential. With a deep understanding of training, performance, and long-term health, he brings not only knowledge and experience—but real-world results.
Shane is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the NSCA and a Sports Performance Enhancement Specialist through the NASM. His approach blends science-backed methodology with hands-on coaching to help individuals of all levels improve strength, mobility, and performance.
At the age of 40, Shane became a proud member of the 1,500-Pound Club, achieving a 400 lb bench press, 500 lb squat, and 600 lb deadlift. He has placed in the top 10 in Spartan Races and ranked among the top 50 nationwide in the 2025 Murph Challenge—a testament to his all-around strength, endurance, and discipline.
